As a Senior Business Operation Analyst (Sales Enablement) You responsibilities include:
Manage Highspot to ensure content is organized and accessible.Develop and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, training videos, and presentations.Facilitate onboarding and training programs for smooth knowledge transfer.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with sales strategies.Monitor engagement and effectiveness, using data to drive improvements.Coordinate large-scale initiatives like sales kickoffs and product launch training.Support internal communication and maintain an up-to-date content repository.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement. Who are you?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).5+ years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or related roles.Proficiency in tools like Highspot, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Canva.Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Experience with instructional design and eLearning development.Familiarity with content creation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Video editing experience (Camtasia, Synthesia).What Do We Offer?
