Sr. Business System Analyst (Personal & Business Banking Technology)

Apex Systems is a global technology services firm that has an opening for a Sr. Business System Analyst (Personal & Business Banking) with our enterprise client, a Top 5 Bank.

Term: 6‑month contract to start + strong likelihood of long‑term extension

Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – in office Thursday)

LOB: Personal & Business Banking – Technology

Reporting to: Senior Manager Business Analysis (EDB & Lending) & Director - Portfolio Delivery Management

Top Must Haves:

  • 5–7 years Business Analyst experience, preferably in Personal and Business Banking
  • Strong learning agility with understanding of financial terminology and processes
  • Solid BA technical skills (requirements gathering, functional analysis, SDLC support)
  • AI exposure noted as a plus
