Sr. Clinical Data Team Lead

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an independent lead, with an overall 10 years of CDM experience

Job Duties:

• The role involves independently managing the end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical research projects, ensuring high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant outcomes that meet customer expectations. The selected candidate will provide leadership and vision to the team in the areas of data management project planning, execution, and close-out; financial management; communications; and milestone deliverables.
• Team Environment: Dedicated FSP Partnership
• Hard Requirements: (candidates that do not meet the minimum criteria will not be accepted)
• Experience serving as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Experience managing multiple large global studies or program of global studies.
