Job Scope

The Senior Community Manager (Sr. CM) ensures revenue and profit targets are achieved, service levels excel, and asset value is protected and enhanced. This role leads the day‑to‑day operations of a larger community, provides elevated guidance to leasing, service, and administrative teams. The Sr. CM promotes a strong service culture, ensures legal and policy compliance, and develops talent across the site. Regional Director will assign other duties as necessary. The salary range for this position is is $83,500 - $93,950 and the Senior Community Manager is also eligible to participate in the annual discretionary bonus plan.
