Overview ITOCHU Building Products (IBP) Holdings has an immediate need for a Sr. Compensation Analyst. Comprised of Master Halco, Alta Forest Products, and US Premier Tube Mills, ITOCHU Building Products is the largest and leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of fencing products in North America. Based in Dallas, TX and reporting directly to the Director of ER & Compliance,The Senior Compensation Analyst will be an integral part of our HR shared services team, providing analytical and administrative support and consultation for all compensation policies and programs. This position will involve analyzing compensation data, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role will utilize strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting working both independently and collaboratively with multiple subsidiary organizations.
