Description

As the Senior Compensation Consultant, you will partner with HR and business lines to evaluate, design and implement competitive compensation programs. You will conduct analyses of compensation data, models financial and organizational impact of programs, and assists in the translation of business strategies to effective compensation programs. As well as manage projects such as survey participation, evaluation of external market competitiveness, internal equity analyses, incentive program evaluation, and annual performance review.

Primary responsibilities include

+ Prepare job descriptions and perform job evaluations using market pricing and internal equity measurements ensuring FLSA compliance.

+ Administer base pay programs including annual performance review/merit increase cycles, promotions and other adjustments.
