Job Description
The senior content planner is a critical support role within the global content operations team, responsible for development, management and execution of various conference elements relating to agenda management and onsite session delivery, creating exceptional customer experiences for attendees, sponsors and associates attending conferences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead operational delivery of all agenda elements across multiple concurrent in-person conferences including agenda management, capacity management, financial management and staff planning
- Communication and collaboration across conference operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of first-class conferences; build effective relationships with peers in all regions, take and share best practices to continuously raise the level of our conferences across the world.
