Were seeking a Sr Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from early planning through closeout. This role supports a well-established, highly respected construction team known for delivering both complex large-scale builds and fast-moving smaller projects. Youll play a key leadership role, balancing hands-on project execution with mentorship and operational oversight. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ranging from smaller renovations to large, ground-up builds. Own project planning, cost tracking, and schedule control from preconstruction through final turnover. Guide preconstruction efforts, including scope reviews, constructability input, and document coordination. Mentor and support junior project managers and engineers through coaching, reviews, and day-to-day guidance.
