Job Description – Sr. Consultant (Job Level - 5A)
The Sr. Consultant plays a key role in opportunity identification, solution conceptualization, requirements documentation, and benefits realization for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify improvement opportunities by conducting process studies, assessments, and design thinking sessions.
- Understand clients' business processes and IT landscape to propose transformative solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders, obtain buy-in for proposed solutions, and manage requirements documentation.
- Liaise with development teams, support UAT, and ensure realization of estimated benefits.
Other Responsibilities:
- Convert solutions into high-impact case studies and client testimonials.
- Provide reports and MIS inputs to CoE teams for tracking and analysis.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate + MBA from reputed A & B-category schools (BE/B.Tech from Grade A engineering colleges preferred).
