About the Role

As a Compensation Sr. Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support for our Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud module. This contract role is ideal for a seasoned compensation professional with deep knowledge of compensation processes and systems, particularly Oracle Compensation Cloud.

You will collaborate closely with the Total Rewards team and People Business Partners to ensure smooth execution of compensation programs and system operations.
