What will you do:
We are seeking a skilled MS D365 StoreCommerce technofunctional consultant with 7+ years of hands-on development & configuration experience in retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation & customization of D365 StoreCommerce POS modules. The role requires a deep understanding of retail domain along with excellent knowledge of D365 capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation / enhancement of D365 StoreCommerce POS modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and customizations.
- Design, configure, and test D365 StoreCommerce POS solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
- Develop functional documentation including solution design, test cases, training materials, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and environment management.
Technical Competencies:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 StoreCommerce implementations or support.
- Strong understanding of business processes in retail.
- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle D365 StoreCommerce implementation.
- Good knowledge of D365 StoreCommerce configuration, workflows, security roles, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Microsoft certification in D365 StoreCommerce is an advantage
Qualifications, Experience, Certifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in implementation, support or consulting
- MS Dynamics
