About this opportunity

We are looking for a Sr. CI Program Manager, evolving our Continuous Improvement efforts across the region and focusing on external and internal improvements for our customers and creating problem-solving community. This position will be responsible for leading customer experience improvement projects, coaching problem-solving tools and supporting improvements in our commercial business units in AE (Americas and Europe) as a critical element of our feedback to action processes. With customers moving to the center of everything we do, this position will influence how we improve services internally for our customers in Americas and Europe (AE) with special focus of improving the multiple billing experiences over time.
