Job Description
As a Sr. Contracts Specialist at Clario, you will play a critical role in strengthening the integrity, speed, and quality of our global Commercial Contracting operations. You’ll independently lead the creation, negotiation, and management of complex agreements while ensuring our teams have the clarity, accuracy, and structure needed to operate confidently at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
Independently create, conduct legal review, and negotiate NDAs, Work Orders (WOs), Start‑Up Agreements (SUAs), and Letters of Intent (LOIs) per Clario standards.
Conduct independent legal review of Change Orders (COs) when required.
