Sr. Control Engineer

Our client is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm based in Richland, WA. They specialize in industrial, manufacturing, and food processing applications. They are seeking a Senior Control System Engineer for a full-time position working remotely near Boise ID. Job Responsibilities: Apply knowledge of NEC, UL, NFPA, CSA, and CE standards to control system panel designs. Write operating descriptions and related documentation for the controls and automation portion of systems. Write PLC and HMI programs utilizing Rockwell / Allen-Bradley and Siemens products. Configure automation networks, including Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, Profibus, Profinet, and Modbus. Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing and configuration of control and automation systems. Field site acceptance testing, may travel to job sites for system integration. Troubleshoot equipment operation issues that may be related to electrical design or programming.
