Overview:


Aegis Worldwide is currently partnered with an automotive manufacturer.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for PLCs, robotics, motion control, and vision systems within BIW production.


  • Diagnose and resolve automation-related downtime, performing root cause analysis to improve safety, quality, throughput, and uptime.


  • Modify and optimize PLC logic, HMI screens, and robot programs to improve usability, reliability, and maintainability.


  • Support equipment upgrades, running changes, and control system updates while minimizing production disruption.
