The Senior HVDC Control System Engineer is an established leader in his or her respective engineering team. He or she drives business strategy through detailed technical and economic understanding of the marketplace and takes the initiative to drive business leaders to provide customers with the best solutions that positively impact business.
As a Senior Engineer – HVDC Control Systems, you will enable the Energy Transition through the development of HVDC converter models and advanced controls. You will lead and contribute to R&D programs aligned with GE Vernova’s energy businesses such as Grid Solutions, Power Conversion and Storage, Wind and Power including Gas Power, Nuclear and Hydro as well as with U.S. Government Agencies such as the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense.
