Sr. Cost Accountant

Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an experienced Cost Accountant to support a contract to hire engagement with a client in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and managing manufacturing costs for custom-engineered products. This role will be based 100% onsite at the client's facility in Columbus. Contract duration is expected to last at least 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and maintain accurate product costs and bills of materials (BOMs) to ensure financial accuracy.

• Provide detailed cost data to support pricing strategies, quoting processes, and profitability analysis.

• Monitor and evaluate material, labor, and overhead costs, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
