Sr. Counselor Education

Looking for a skilled Senior Counselor to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience and a strong background in counseling, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students on academic and personal issues.
• Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and support students who may be struggling.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in counseling.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes student well-being and success.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and ages.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with counseling theories and practices.
• Experience working in an education industry setting is preferred.
