Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills and capabilities to perform the job.
+ Minimum requirements is 5 years in the CRA role
+ Experience in the Cell &Gene Therapy area is a must.
+ The candidates should be very strong in monitoring skills
+ Able to handle all study phases, visit types and challenging protocols.
+ Hematology/Oncology experience required
+ Autoimmune disease experience required
