This is a technical role, providing technical support toCompany’s Enterprise customers and their various technical teams. Therole covers Project/Account Management, Feature Design, Implementationmanagement of technologies and processes definition. This person will beresponsible for developing and maintaining expertise on the customers systemsand processes as it relates to Company’s platform.
A Customer Deployment Engineer is required to develop andmaintain an expertise in the relevant Company products and ensure a high levelof customer satisfaction. In addition to knowledge on the CompanyProducts, The CDE will be expected to be the front line of communication withthe customer as it relates to triaging issues, helping define requirements fornew features, coordinating other company functions, representing Company’splatform capabilities such as Pods, Gateway Device, APIs, Data, roadmaps, andfirmware integrations.
