Overview
Sr Customer Experience Specialist Serves as the primary customer contact and ensures all customer needs and expectations are met. Also initiates customer event reports in CMMS system and dispatches technical staff in response to service requests. Maintain the CMMS system and set service types, categories and priority levels that drive Honeywell’s response to customer events. Respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding service order inquiry, problems and changes. Assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. Communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Administration and facility management to resolve customer issues. Support service order processing including order entry, expediting, changes, monitoring status and resolving discrepancies.
