Overview

As an AWS Sr. Customer Solutions Manager, you will guide the largest and most complex AWS UK&I customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud. You will ensure that all AWS teams are working together effectively to deliver outcomes for the customer. In this highly visible role, you will be a critical partner to our UK&I customers, leveraging delivery experience with large-scale transformations and shepherding customers through operational, educational, and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey.

You will interface with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams, to plan and support major workload migrations.
