Knowledge At The Expert Level Of Laws And Regulations Of U.S. Customs Service, Fcc, Epa, Usda, U.S. Fish And Wildlife Service, Fda, And Various Other Federal Agencies. Ability To Interpret The Full Range Of Harmonized Tariff Schedules, Title 19, Code Of Federal Regulations, Customs Enforcement Techniques, U.S. Treasury Dept. Decisions/Rulings/Directives, Customs Bulletin And Federal Register.
