Our client is currently seeking a Sr CXone Engineers
Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Software Engineer to join our team and support Cloud Contact Center platforms (NICE CXone). In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of Cloud technology for the Contact Center. You will be responsible for design and development of products, features, unit testing, code reviews and resolving bugs that are discovered in the QA process. You will work in both test and development production environments. You will work with a Tech Mahindra client, other Software Engineers, Project Managers, and team members.Qualifications For Success:5-8 years of experience with CXone experience (IVR)At least one or more NICE CXone implementationSkilled in API integrations (Salesforce, Snowflake, IVR and ACD development experience2 or more years of CXone Studio scripting, Experience with IVR scripting (C#, Java)Additional cloud telephony experience, for example, Genesys Cloud, Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, or 8X8 telephony platform experience is a plusWorks with some supervisionCertifications such as NICE Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) and the ACD Administrator Certification are preferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or engineering preferredExperience working in Banking or Financial Services client will be preferred.
