About the Role:

We are looking for a Looking for a Data Analyst/ Developer who is experienced in the Compliance Regulatory reporting and US Filing processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of Data analyst experience.
  • Experienced Data Analyst with deep knowledge of Compliance Regulatory Reporting and Filing processes including Large Shareholder Disclosure, 13G, 13F2 SHO, and Form PF.
  • Experience with ETL, SQL, DataStage, Autosys, Snowflake, AWS, Regulatory Reporting vendor Tools (aka Confluence Signal, Confluence Consensus) - These are mandatory skills
  • Knowledge of Agile execution/delivery processes/tools including Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience in ETL (DataStage preferrable but fine with others as well.
  • Expertise in Data Analysis (Data Cleansing, Data validation, Data Mapping & Solutioning).
