Job Description

The Data Engineer will support a project focused on migrating approximately 1,000 datasets to Snowflake with Airflow used for orchestration. The core architecture and technical approach are already defined by the internal team. The role will primarily involve executing the migration, adapting existing pipelines to Snowflake, ensuring data quality and reliability, and supporting workflow scheduling and monitoring in Airflow.

Role Requirements:

Experience: 5-7 years in Data Engineering

Must-Have Technologies:

  • Python
  • Advanced SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)
  • Snowflake - Data Modeling
  • Apache Airflow will develop and test pipeline in Airflow and Python
  • AWS experience - S3 (data lakes, partitioning, lifecycle policies)
