Job Overview:

An experienced Data Privacy Professional  is needed to lead data protection strategies and ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations. This involves implementing privacy policies and safeguarding information. This role is 6 months contract(not permanent role) with remote working opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data privacy policies according to regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments for data processing in the AWS/Azure  environment.
  • Serve as a main contact for data subjects and authorities.
  • Collaborate to integrate data privacy into processes (privacy by design ).
  • Lead training on data privacy policies.
  • Stay informed on data protection laws.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Law or IT.
  • Over five years of experience in data privacy or compliance.
  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)  or Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM)  certifications are necessary.
  • Understanding of data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Familiarity with data protection technologies and controls in the cloud.
  • Strong communication abilities.
