Document problems and solutions as articles for our Knowledge Base and reviews and approves knowledge articles written by others Prepare necessary documentation around technical procedures as well as operational procedures Report defects and design issues to our development teams Work on most complex database-related issues directly with Team DBAs Development Mentor and coaches team members Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues Act as a single point of contact for escalations Perform proactive reviews of hosting environments to improve system reliability and prevent future support engagements Support highly-available cross enterprise common middleware applications on a large global network Microsoft technologies as well as other 3rd party technical solutions OS DB SQL Preffered Skillsets Experience Microsoft SQL Server Certified Azure SQL cert is mandatory Advanced SQL Server knowledge working in a mid to large-size organization SQL DB back...
