They translate a project’s vision into a buildable, aesthetic, and sustainable design while aligning with business goals, regulatory requirements, and user needs. They are the creative and technical backbone of a real estate project—transforming vision into architectural reality.

What you'll do

• Prepares design development drawings including Building Permit drawings, Bid Documents and For Construction Drawings

• Prepares area tabulation based on the approved schematic design

• Performs all drawings needed in the assigned project(s) and ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building code, guidelines and regulations
