Job Description
- Design components for assigned zones based on project inputs and guidelines from the Product Design Engineer (PDE).
- Execute tasks as per defined work instructions and follow organizational systems, procedures, QMS, and ethical standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external counterparts; represent the PDE when required.
- Estimate effort, plan activities, and deliver assignments on time while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Participate in and conduct regular design reviews with PDEs and team leaders.
- Proactively identify and report risks related to design, tooling, and assembly; propose innovative design solutions.
- Ensure proper CAD data management, folder structure, and maximum use of templates and macros.
- Maintain SAP timesheets, training compliance, leave planning, and flexibility across projects and work groups.
