**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in PL/SQL ETL SQL and Informatica Powercenter. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing data solutions. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. **Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL scripts to support business applications and data processing needs.
+ Design and implement ETL processes using Informatica Powercenter to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data solutions.
+ Optimize SQL queries to improve performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
+ Provide technical expertise in the development and deployment of data solutions to meet project objectives.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and integration in a timely manner.
+ Ensure adherence to data governance and security policies throughout the development lifecycle.
+ Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of data processes and solutions.
+ Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
+ Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices and methodologies.
+ Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables on time.
**Qualifications**
+ Demonstrate strong proficiency in PL/SQL ETL SQL and Informatica Powercenter.
+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
+ Possess good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
+ Show experience in the Payer domain is a nice to have.
+ Display a proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving existing skills.
+ Have a strong understanding of data governance and security best practices.
+ Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing project requirements.
