**Job Summary**
_We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, along with strong skills in integration, automation, and governance. The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation initiatives and collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to build scalable and efficient solutions_
**The Role**
• _Power Platform Development & Implementation_
• _Develop and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) applications for business needs_
• _Design and automate workflows using Power Automate to enhance efficiency._
• _Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for data-driven insights._
• _Configure and manage Dataverse for optimized data storage and usage_
• _Work with connectors, AI Builder, and RPA to extend automation capabilities._
**_Solution Architecture & Integration_**
• _Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions_
• _Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365, and third-party services._
• _Optimize data models and automate complex business processes._
**_Stakeholder Engagement & Business Collaboration_**
• _Work closely with business users to gather requirements and design solutions._
• _Ensure alignment between technical implementation and business objectives_
• _Provide guidance on Power Platform adoption, best practices, and governance._
**_Performance Optimization & Security_**
• _Implement security best practices, role-based access control, and data policies_
• _Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize applications for better efficiency_
• _Ensure compliance with Microsoft Power Platform governance guidelines_
**_Technical Leadership & Knowledge Sharing_**
• _Act as a Power Platform expert, providing mentorship to junior developers._
• _Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform advancements and best practice._
• _Contribute to automation strategies and process improvements._
**The Requirements**
• _Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is required_
• 6+ _years of experience in software development and Microsoft Power Platform_
• _Advanced proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse._
• _Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365._
• _Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance for Power Platform solutions._
• _Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and ALM strategies._
• _Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills._
_Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) preferred_
