Job Title: Sr. Developer - Oracle EBS, HRMS/Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Skill Sets:

  • HR (Core HR): Understand and implement HR processes and functionalities within Oracle EBS. Ensure seamless integration and functionality of core HR modules.
  • Payroll: Design, develop, and maintain payroll systems within Oracle EBS. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • SSHR (Self-Service HR): Implement and support self-service HR functionalities. Improve user experience and streamline HR processes.
  • OTL (Oracle Time and Labor): Configure and maintain OTL modules to track employee time and labor efficiently.
  • Absence Management: Develop and support absence management solutions. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Technical Skill Sets:

  • SQL & PLSQL: Develop and optimize complex SQL and PLSQL queries. Ensure data integrity and performance optimization.
  • BI Publisher (XML Publisher): Create and maintain BI Publisher reports. Design XML templates and integrate them with Oracle EBS.
  • Form Personalization: Customize Oracle EBS forms to meet business requirements. Implement user-friendly interfaces and functionalities.
  • OAF (Oracle Application Framework): Develop and maintain OAF pages and extensions. Ensure seamless integration with Oracle EBS.
  • Workflow: Design and implement Oracle Workflow solutions. Automate business processes and enhance system efficiency.
  • AME (Approval Management Engine): Configure and manage AME for approval processes. Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Fast Formula: Develop and maintain fast formulas for various HR and payroll calculations. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing.
