Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for below:

  • Design and develop SAP BTP-based applications using CAP (Cloud Application Programming) Model, Node.js, or Java.
  • Build and consume REST/OData APIs using SAP API Management and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Develop Fiori/UI5 applications and deploy them on SAP BTP.
  • Develop Side-by-Side Extensions for SAP S/4HANA on BTP.
  • Work with SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Business Application Studio for backend services.
  • Work on Integrating SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
  • Collaborate with business, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams spread across the globe.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation of developed solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates from SAP BTP.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Engineering Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP & BTP development.
  • Proficiency in SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model.
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing applications using Node.js and/or Java.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and SAP Business Application Studio.
  • Familiarity with SAP HANA Cloud and database modeling.
  • Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and CPI.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Professional Attributes :

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Exposure to German language/culture is a plus.
  • Experience in working with global stakeholders and ability to work with intercultural teams.
  • Extensive experience collaborating in SCRUM-based Agile teams.
  • Flexibility to work according to German time zones. 
  • Available for short-term international travel for meetings, training, and project activities
