Experience : 5-7 years
Understands business and technical requirements, and contributes to authoring clear, well-structured technical design documents. Writes clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to established coding standards and best practices. Develops comprehensive unit tests and automated test scripts to ensure code quality and functionality. Maintains and enhances existing applications, identifies areas for improvement, and contributes to the development of new features. Identifies dependencies, risks, and potential issues early in the development process and works with the team to resolve them effectively. Participates in peer code reviews to ensure compliance with design and coding standards and to foster team learning and code quality. Works closely with team members, cross-functional departments, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Demonstrates willingness to learn from peers and adapt to evolving technologies and practices. Actively participates in story grooming, sprint planning, and estimation sessions; contributes to accurate effort estimation and breakdown of requirements. Collaborates effectively with the Agile/development team, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and timelines.
