Overview

Position Requisition ID # 25WD91413. Autodesk Customer Success organization is seeking a talented and dynamic software developer to design and develop tools focused on delivering self-help and self-heal solutions for our customers and support specialists. This role will work with the Product Insights & Diagnostics team to develop solutions built on Autodesk Cloud and On-Premises Products.

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop solutions that improve supportability, remove barriers for customers, and add value to employees and customers
  • Demonstrate excellence in software development best practices, unit testing and software architecture
  • Support solution development and deployment activities including delivery, acceptance testing, deployment packaging and user-support
  • Create documentation as appropriate for the solutions developed
