Job Description Summary

The Sr. Digital Product & Design Analyst is a hands-on member of the Digital Transformation team driving enterprise digital transformation through solution design, delivery, and continuous improvement. This role owns the digital delivery model and actively participates in the full lifecycle of digital initiatives-from intake and requirements gathering to architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

Key responsibilities include validating intake for technical solutions for projects involving digital capabilities including data engineering, reporting, AI, RPA, and process orchestration ensuring governance and compliance and maintaining accurate portfolio tracking. The role collaborates closely with business and IT teams to define requirements, select enabling technologies, and resource subject matter experts for execution.
