Job Summary
Responsible for upholding QC standards of quality control checks for all
customer-facing content and validating backend data for tracking dynamic
content or audience targeting. Has advanced knowledge of brand standards,
Associated Press (AP) or Modern Language Association (MLA), and is excellent
in proofreading, copy editing, copywriting, and grammar for our internal
Teams and Agency Partners. Primary job tasks include executing the quality
control checklist, proofreading, identifying opportunities for process
improvement, coaching team members, and ensuring a zero-error rate for
communications.
Responsibilities
Uphold the highest standards of Customer facing assets by applying
extensive knowledge and best-practices of Quality Control discipline.
