Job Description
We’re looking for a **data-driven and creative thinker** to join our team in a **part-time (20 hours per week), flexible role**—perfect for professionals looking to combine this position with other projects or jobs. You’ll play a key role in **optimizing our digital presence, improving the buyer journey, and driving pipeline growth** across multiple channels.

**What You’ll Do**
**1. Digital & Web Performance Analysis**
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for global, regional, and campaign-level tracking.
**2. SEO & Web Optimization**
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO opportunities.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for organic performance.
**3. UX Insights**
- Assess website usability, navigation, and design to enhance the user journey.
- Provide actionable recommendations to boost engagement.
**4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing page and form conversions.
- Collaborate on personalization strategies to increase engagement and leads.
**5. Technical Tracking & Data Management**
- Manage analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEMRush.
- Set up tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution tools (e.g., Bizible, Adobe Analytics).
**6. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Adapt strategies to meet global and regional objectives.
**What You Bring**
- Recent experience in **digital/web analytics**, ideally in the tech industry.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMRush, A/B testing tools, and Tableau (or similar).
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager setup and optimization.
- Solid SEO knowledge and marketing automation experience (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to present data clearly in PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for content development.
- Experience with demand generation, marketing analytics, or ROI reporting is a plus.
**Contract**: Part-time (80 hrs/month) - Flexible schedule
