Job Description
The Director of Accounting & Finance reports to the CFO and will be responsible for the preparation of the company's financial reporting, which includes annual and interim financial statements for Wilson. Analyze financial reports identifying key trends within the business. Work closely with the CFO, business unit leaders, and department heads on financial reporting, month-end review, budgets, and special projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepares month-end Financial Statements and Senior Management reports ( e.g. revenue flash file, monthly forecast).
- Assist in preparing quarterly Board meeting Financial reporting package.
- Collaborate with business unit leadership on month-end analysis of Profit and Loss Statements.
- Work with Global Sales Leader on developing and reporting Sales Performance Key Performance Indicators.
