Mattel is currently seeking a Senior Director / Director to join the Corporate Strategy and Development team at our El Segundo, CA headquarters. Each member of this team plays a key role in shaping the future of Mattel and its franchise brands, including Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, American Girl, Monster High, and Uno.
