About the Role

The Sr. Director of Risk Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s comprehensive risk management program. This includes risk financing strategies and enterprise risk management. The Sr. Director ensures risks are identified, evaluated, mitigated, or transferred effectively to protect the company’s assets, people, and reputation. This position works closely with senior leadership, insurers, brokers, legal, compliance and regulatory bodies to ensure risk oversight is aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

This position is based in our Newton, MA office.
