Sr. Director, Total Rewards

Role Summary

BridgeBio is seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards & Performance Management to set the vision and strategy for our global compensation, benefits, and performance programs, while remaining deeply hands-on in building and operating them. Reporting to the SVP, People, this role combines strategic leadership with meaningful individual contribution. The Senior Director will lead a lean Total Rewards team, providing clear direction, priorities, and context, while personally owning critical program design and execution. This role intentionally brings together Total Rewards and Performance Management, with a clear expectation that performance outcomes meaningfully inform how employees are paid, rewarded, and recognized. This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration 2-3x per week in our San Francisco Office.
