    • Purpose of the Role

    The Senior D&T Analyst – Data Foundations, Supply Chain will play a critical role in strengthening General Mills’ supply chain data ecosystem. This position partners closely with business and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable data foundations that enable data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across the FMCG value chain.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years in data analytics or data analysis

  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in ETL, data modeling, and data transformation

  • Experience working with supply chain, manufacturing, or FMCG data

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with global teams

  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • FMCG supply chain experience, including planning, manufacturing, logistics, and sustainability

  • Experience with SAP platforms such as S/4HANA and BW, along with enterprise data integration

  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (GCP preferred)

  • Experience mentoring or guiding analysts

  • Interest or exposure to AI, automation, and advanced analytics
