職務說明 1. 負責與工程團隊合作，確保產品符合設計規範和品質要求。 2. 負責Layout專案評估與規劃 3. 負責多層板PCB佈局(Placement)，Allegro Constraint 設定和Routing ( Server/ Storage/ Switch/ Payment system/ Retail system ) 4. CAD/CAM檢查與Gerber Tape out 5. 協助解決PCB設計的各項工程問題
要求
1. 五年以上Server、NB layout相關經驗 2. 具備PCB多層板高速訊號線佈局與背鑽設計、HDI 盲埋孔經驗。 3. 細心、耐心、具有良好的團隊合作和溝通協調能力。 4. 具備良好的解決問題...
