What to Expect Tesla is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to add to their Manufacturing Engineering, Cell team responsible for developing, deploying, and advancing state of the art cell manufacturing and test equipment. As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will be involved in and responsible for designs through the whole lifecycle of the project. This includes concept development, electrical architecture, specification gathering and development, design, prototyping, design for manufacture, validation, test, coordinating with manufacturing, deployment in the field, and failure analysis. A successful candidate will be technically strong, adaptable and able to work with a cross-functional team to quickly push innovative solutions to the forefront.
