**The Role**
We are now looking for a **Senior** **Electrical** **Engineering Technician** to join our team. Our Gaming Electrical Engineering team spreads worldwide, both in Europe and Asia, and focuses on the design of gaming peripherals including keyboards, mice, wheels, joysticks and more.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our engineering lab and provide hands-on support for testing, prototyping, and validation of gaming peripheral products such as mice, keyboards, controllers, and wheels.
This position plays a critical role in keeping the lab organized, safe, and efficient, enabling our engineers to develop world-class gaming products.

In this role you will
+ Manage day-to-day lab operations, ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and safe.
+ Perform ESD/EFT testing and assist engineers in electrical validation activities.
+ Provide rework and soldering support for prototypes and engineering builds.
+ Handle instrument calibration, inventory, and maintenance, ensuring all tools and equipment are in working condition.
+ Support prototype ordering, tracking, and receiving.
+ Manage PR/PO documentation and coordinate with procurement teams.
+ Assist with basic measurement tasks using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other lab instruments.
+ Maintain lab documentation, logs, records, and consumable inventories.
+ Support engineering teams during development builds and product testing.
**Key Qualifications**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
+ 5+ years of technician experience in an electronics lab or related environment.
+ Hands-on experience with:
+ Soldering and rework for through-hole and SMD components
+ Basic electrical measurements and test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, analyzers)
+ ESD/EFT test operations
+ Strong organization and housekeeping skills for maintaining a structured and safe lab environment.
+ Ability to follow engineering instructions, test procedures, and documentation.
+ Good communication skills and English proficiency (written and spoken).
+ A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
**In addition, preferable skills include**
+ Experience supporting consumer electronics or gaming peripherals.
+ Familiarity with PCB assembly, PCBA troubleshooting, or simple diagnostics.
+ Basic understanding of RF or wireless testing setups (optional).
+ Knowledge of inventory systems, procurement tools, or PR/PO workflows.
+ Ability to support small mechanical assembly tasks.
+ A collaborative mindset with willingness to help across engineering teams.
**Education**
+ diploma in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
