Job Description We are seeking an innovative Embedded Firmware Engineer to design, develop, test, and optimize embedded systems for cutting-edge products in the utilities domain. This role is ideal for proven professionals who can blend hardware expertise with advanced software engineering, and drive reliable product integration in a fast-paced, challenging environment.


Qualifications:

*8–10 years of Embedded firmware development across Utility, industrial automation, IoT, and consumer electronics domains.

*In-depth expertise in Embedded C, C++, RTOS integration and STM32 series microcontrollers.

*Exposure to BSP-level development and low-level driver debugging.

*Practical experience with Python scripting for test automation.

*Direct experience programming and debugging microcontrollers, communication protocols (UART, CAN, Modbus, etc.) and wireless standards (BLE, LoRa, NB-IoT, Wi-Fi, ZigBee, 5G IoT modules etc.)

*Familiarity with IAR Embedded Workbench and electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer).

*Working knowledge of Git/SVN version control and CI/CD pipelines.

*Strong problem-solving, debugging, and hardware/software integration skills.

*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
