Sr Technician Engineering role is responsible for execution and coordination of complex projects, ensuring on time, on budget hours execution meeting or exceeding quality according to customer requirements and MIL & IPC standards and participate on improvement activities and HOS execution. This includes maintenance, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, schedule, working budget hours and safety performance, to drive customer satisfaction.
**Must Have**:
Must have Technician diploma in Electronics or equivalent, incomplete BS Degree in Engineering (electronics or equivalent) or 3+ years of experience in electronic product fabrication (e.g. Cables, harnesses, control / test boxes, aerospace industry desirable).
- Industry environment knowledge.
- Strong ability to read fabrication drawings.
- Ability to train and mentor peers.
