Your Contribution;
Apply global D&I frameworks in the region, establish actionable structures and steer implementation of innovative, target group-specific programs in close collaboration with regional and local HR teams.Deploy the global employee survey in the region by steering & coordinating all work packages with local stakeholders, incl. data management, technical setup, enablement and communicationEnsure alignment of all Engagement and D&I initiatives within the region and their compliance with the global Engagement & Belonging StrategyAdvise regional business functions on Engagement, the Employee Survey, D&I solutionsProvide presentations, decision papers for Top ManagementEnsure enablement of employees, managers and (regional) HR Business Partners in regards to global policies, standards, processes and toolsImplement, steer and analyze key metrics of Engagement and D&IMonitor and analyze KPIs, create reports and ensure accessibility of results to respective employees, managers & HR Business Partners Your Experience & Qualifications;
Bachelor Degree with a focus on human resources management, organizational psychology, or similarMinimum of 3 – 5 years of professional experience in Diversity & Inclusion, organizational development or employee engagement ideally in the automotive industryExperience in designing strategic HR concepts in an international business environmentStrong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and reporting toolsFluent English (written and spoken)Soft skills; Performance orientation, Value creation, Continuous learning, Change mindset, Presentation skills, Solution orientation, Intercultural collaboration, Digital mindset, Self-management, Analytical skills, Business driven, Knowledge sharing Our Offer;
